At A Sound Mind BH, I take an integrative, holistic, patient-centered approach to help patients achieve optimal mental well-being. This may include psychopharmacological/medication management, psychotherapy, assisting in making lifestyle changes, and other complementary and alternative modalities. The goal is to provide safe and effective care utilizing the most current and up-to-date evidence-based practice. The mission is to proudly serve and provide nonjudgmental care to those in need regardless of race, spiritual beliefs, lifestyle choices, sexuality, financial status, or disability.

Sometimes it can be difficult to even realize that we may need some help or that something is just “not right.” So it's understandable that talking to a complete stranger can bring up certain thoughts, feelings, etc., which is why I follow your lead when formulating individualized treatment plans. I take into account the most up-to-date evidence-based research along with your feelings, your thoughts, and your opinions, regarding your mental health. All services are provided from the comfort of your home or any private location (within the state of California) of your choosing. My practice offers services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform which means that you can have appointments right from your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop.
